There is an atmosphere of fear in the country due to Corona virus. There is lockdown in 30 states of the country, curfew has also been imposed in many districts. This is the first time when such a large number of people are being asked to stay indoors. The Indian Railways is also closed due to the fear of Corona, so now the Railway Ministry is appealing to people to stay in their homes.
On Monday night, the Ministry of Railways tweeted and wrote, 'Indian Railways never stopped even during the war, please understand the seriousness of the circumstances. Stay in your house.
Let us tell you that this is the first time in the history of the country, when the passenger train has been stopped. All trains were canceled and only goods trains are being allowed to run. In such a situation, the railway itself is now telling people that you stay at home.
Air service, metro and bus service also closed
Let us know that not only the rail service but also the metro running in different cities of the country has been closed. Delhi, Noida, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Kochi, Nagpur and other metro services have been closed till 31 March.
Apart from this, local air services in the country were also banned from late Tuesday night. Earlier, international air service was banned and foreign travelers have been banned from coming to India.
Many state governments have stopped the interstate bus service in view of the increasing threat of corona virus, some states have also stopped the bus service running in their area. Significantly, the number of corona virus cases in India has reached close to 500.
